It's a special European Nothern Countries kit! Comes with those foglights on a Huge "lip" that bolts on the original Zenki Bumper!
Actually that kit is worth alot of money......

The full kit also has a 4 of type Lights (like the celicas) and the sideskirts.....

Also has the Rear mudflaps!
