AEU86 : EU AE86 Community - Registration Agreement

Whilst we attempt to edit or remove any messages containing inappropriate, sexually orientated, abusive, hateful, slanderous, or threatening material that could be considered invasive of a persons privacy, or which otherwise violate any kind of law, it is impossible for us to review every message posted on this discussion system. For this reason you acknowledge that all messages posted on this discussion system express the views and opinions of the original message author and not necessarily the views of this bulletin board. Therefore we take no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy and completeness of every message.

By registering on this discussion system you agree that you will not post any material which is knowingly false, inaccurate, abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually orientated, threatening or invasive of a person's privacy, or any other material which may violate any applicable laws.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your account, account suspension, or permanent ban of access to these forums. Your IP Address is recorded with each post you make on this discussion system and is retrievable by the forum staff if need-be. You agree that we have the ability and right to remove, edit, or lock any account or message at any time should it be seen fit. You also agree that any information you enter on this discussion system is stored in a database, and that "cookies" are stored on your computer to save your login information. Any information you provide on these forums will not be disclosed to any third party without your complete consent, although the staff cannot be held liable for any hacking attempt in which your data is compromised.

General Data Protection Regulation - 2018 (GDPR)

To comply with the GDPR you need to be made aware that your AEU86 account will, at a bare minimum, contain a uniquely identifiable name (hereinafter “your user name”), a personal password used for logging into your account (hereinafter “your password”) and a personal, valid email address (hereinafter “your email”). Your information for your account at AEU86 is protected by data-protection laws applicable in the country that hosts us. Any information beyond your user name, your password, and your email address required by AEU86 during the registration process is either mandatory or optional, at the discretion of AEU86. In all cases, you have the option of what information in your account is publicly displayed. Furthermore, within your account, you have the option to opt-in or opt-out of automatically generated emails.

Furthermore we will store all of the IP address that you use to post with. Depending on your preferences AEU86 may send you emails to the email address that AEU86 holds in your account which will either be that you used when you registered or one that you have subsequently changed, but you are able to change these preferences from your User Control Panel (UCP) at any time should you wish to stop receiving them.

The personal details that you gave us when you signed up, or added later, will be used solely for the purposes of AEU86 board functionality. They will not be used for anything else and neither will they be passed on to any third party without your explicit consent. You can check, at any time, the personal details AEU86 is holding about you from the Profile section of your UCP.

The only other information about you is that which you decide to post in the fora, whereupon it is considered to be “publicly available” as it will have been indexed by search engines as well as on-line archive sites.

If you decide to make use of the right to be forgotten, we will have to comply and terminate your account. This means posts made by you will continue to exist but your account name will be anonymised. The exception to this are posts that contain personal data or unique identifiers, for which we will simply blank these out. To be able to make use of the right to be forgotten, please send an email with proof you are the owner of the account to our admin account (admin @ aeu86.org).

By continuing with the sign up process you agree to the above rules and any others that the Administrator specifies.
