Parts marked with Smile I already have.

Fuel:
Denso 450cc Injectors. Smile
Fuel Pump from a 7MGTE Supra.

Exhaust:
3" turbo back.
Turbo Exhaust Manifold. Smile
External Wastegate (5psi) Smile
Screamer Pipe Smile

Intake:
GReddy FMIC Smile
Custom 2" aluminum intercooler piping. Smile
HKS BOV. Smile

Turbo:
GReddy TD05H 16g Turbo. Smile

Coolant:
Feed; Brass "T" spliced into heater feed line to cabin. Smile
Return; Brass "T" spliced into heater return line from cabin. Smile

Oil:
Feed; Brass "T" spliced into line from oil pressure sending unit. Smile
Return; Custom line to oil pan. Smile

Electronics:
Pre-Tuned 4A-GZE ECU Smile
Wideband o2 Sensor
Boost Gauge Smile
Water Temp gauge
Oil Temp guage
Oil Pressure gauge

Thanks for everything, ALL COMMENTS WANTED!

Is my setup correct?
hallo

you have JDM bluetop with map?
if yes then you need another ecu and lower compresion.
i dont know about presure.
but the AFM blueport hold 6psi and his ecu can handle it,it has only 9,5compresion compared to early MAP or JDM blueport. mgte injectors are overkill you ends with 150ps by that boost. 3sge or 7mge are enough and the are direct fit for the late AFM ecu i think.
or better you swap for the early AE92 block it has stronger internals but compression 9,5 and bigport head with tvis, red black lettering.
you can lower compresion with tvo gaskets.

Is my setup correct?
The car is on its way from Japan to Canada....So im not sure what exact motor is in it Crying

Also I know quite a bit about cars but fairly new to the 4age...

I figured 440s were too big...
3S-GE, 7M-GE, and 5M-GE injectors will work?
What size are they?

If i use these smaller injectors is the fuel pump from a 7MGTE too big? will I need a regulator or something?

Dumb question Whats AFM stand for?

So if i Have a JDM blue-top with a 4A-GZE ECU it will be able to handle all of this? or maybe different ECU?

Sorry for all the questions but most 86 forums are too messy and its hard to get figures and facts out of all the mess...so i decided to ask

you have the suited engine and ecu in any USDM corolla GTS
Airflow meter, you cannot adapt the pld Map controled ecu to boost,
i have planed something similar to make late Afm engine, remove tvis and use small turbo from skoda octavia and boost max 6psi

edit: i am not expert only have read lot about this, i think 7mgte pump is overkill

this link:
"Go on club 4AG: http://www.club4ag.com/ => technical talk =>Engine and drive train => Turbo with stock N/A everything

They talk of the way to buld 4agte Whit all stock"

fazit: lower compr, use agze ecu, or beter you buy ae92 early engine 87-89,
about electric read the club 4ag or wait for answer from another guys here, im totally dumb about that Smile

Is my setup correct?
Yeah ive checked there but ill continue researching.

So basically I cant run a turbo on a MAP sensored engine; and all JDM 86's are MAP?

If so, can I convert MAP to AFM? is that just switching the ECU?

Thanks

i have seen only MAP senzored jdm ae86.
you need another sensor but i am not sure if this ecu can handle it.probably not.
AFM is from his nature better suited to boosting as it measures Flow and O2 senzor it can adjust fuel maps it is topic about it here afm vs map. another point afm equioed cars have lower compresion, also topic here.
i had old map senzored car, this ecu had problems to adjust the mixture even if the engine is worn out and dont have the standard fabric parameters as compresion etc...
my new car is afm senzored and it has much more things under the bonnet Tongue wiring that is nightmare for me, wait for answers from another users Smile
i am not the expert Tongue

Okay well it seems im going to have to switch the ECU to an AFM one.

Ill do some more looking around but I assume the only things needed to switch to AFM would be the MAF, o2, ECU, and the wiring?

You can run 440cc injectors even in NA engine, 7MGTE pump is 225lph and is excellent bolt-on upgrade (at the moment BadDog have the same setup). Yes, 440cc seems big for your goals but this allow future upgrade to 8:1CR pistons and more power (actually these injectors will allow up to ~300hp in 4AGTE). 8:1CR means 4AGZE pistons, bigger internals (4AGZE or some 4AGE ones).
I will go with your setup, don't worry too much. It will be good investment to obtain wide-band O2 and controller + EGT measurement (Zeitronix ZT-2+extras for example).

Ok thanks for that info.

will the 440s be harder to tune over the 365s?
