Digital Dash

that's my same problem. the tachometer also doesn't work. i connected the output wire going to tacho from coil, to the Pin2 (Black, brown dots) at the left plug of the digital cluster. it does not move.

btw, mine is KE70, not AE86 so I what I really need is the pinout. do I have to do more beside connecting the tacho- to pinout2?

i never knew the illimination could work with a digital dashboard?
maybe i did something wrong or so.

If tachometer does not work even after so could be faulty IC T2685A.
It is used in analog tachometer

I have all the information on my notes.... The problem was that the tacho was not working following the schemes on the web.

So, i've found some new schemes and made my tacho work properly.

I also have to get a led light working and have to disassemble my dash.

Maybe Saturday afternoon. If i'll get it done, i will post some pictures of my wiring!

Also i will post a picture of my schemes....

Legend:
Risca - Stripe
Preto - Black
Branco - White
Verde - Green
Amarelo - Yellow
Azul - Blue
Castanho - Brown



The tacho was wired at the end... so i'll have to dig again for info!

Defects will probably in digital dash.
Not necessary, others + and the earth
It is only + for digital and control lights
