Ah yes, I was only focused on the build posts and not the others... But I see he lives in South Dakota with a population of about 890000. That's about equal to the population of Amsterdam, but then on a piece of land that's 1000 times as big! Or about five times as big as Switzerland...
So that explains indeed why there aren't that many people getting a vanity plate like this!
