Too many choices....Rebuild project UPDATE 17-08-05

I got offered this sweet deal from my very good friend today....
He´s got a totally rustfree AE86 Chassis standing around in his garage, which we´ve been planning to restore to become his race-car in the near future.
All of a sudden he tell´s me that if i´m interested...i could buy it with all the parts included....would you believe this idiot. Just as everything has been planned for my current red/black panda, with a new paint-job coming up and all...he offers me the deal of a lifetime (for a AE86 fan anyway)
His asking price is apprx. 1000euro but this includes everything that you need for assembly.
So i guess i´ll be parting out a LOT of parts when the car is finished and i have an overview of duplicates from my own hachi.
It´s got a few dents in the roof from a previous roll over, but we´ve put some hours into straightening everything out, so it looks good so far. Only a jig might be a safe precaution
I´ll keep everyone posted on pic´s and so forth.

I´ve decided to turn this into a project thread. Stay tuned for pictures, as i will be working on the car over the next couple of weeks, and i will be taking pictures as i go along.
Plans are to clean up the chassis for paintjob, which will be white/black panda.
Then rebuild the car with all the parts i have aquired, and build it into a daily driver, which has enough potential for track days. This will include rollcage, bucket seats and so on. But keep in mind, that i use it for everyday driving during the summer....driving it to work (120km a day)
I will transfer all the "goodie" parts from my current red/black AE86, which includes stuff like TRD suspension, black diamond race brakes, steel brake lines, bucket seat, blue top engine, stainless steel exhaust 2 1/4" and loads of T3 components
Should be quite a challenge.
