TPS
Is TPS (throttle position sensor) same for all types of 4AGE engines?
I have a red top, big port, AFM engine. Can I use TPS taken from other 4AGE engines? Thx. Fun is not the straight line! |

Not the same in my case (compared AE86 bluetop and smallport hi-CR AE92 redtop).

I suppose that TPS is the same for big port 4AGE engines, AFM or MAP. I have problems with tuning of TPS because my throttle body has some spacing at butterfly axle so it’s impossible to adjust TPS according to manual. I had to fix throttle body first. I don’t know how much is new throttle body?
Fun is not the straight line! |
