In addition to the pictures - just decide and make some gradient limiters (just weld steel pieces to limit the hinges) - otherwise the car will fall when you roll it across vertical position LOL Evil

Those need to be some heavy duty hinges...not to forget you would need the incredible hulk to help you lift the car in this contraption.

Yes, but these hinges can be fabricated from 2 tubes or use hinges for garage doors (buy them from hardware store). About lifting - yes, this is the major drawback - usualy 3 persons can lift any car on that "cradle" :wink:

I prefer those stands, similar to large engine stands, which you bolt onto the chassis to flip the car; I dunno but the forces on the suspension are by far larger and in a unplanned direction from the original design the suspension has to take with this...

You have to take off the rear end, engine and gearbox otherwise it is too flimsy Smile
