nmwisima, when the 4-1 for CJ is finished - I will post here.
About GZE - I don't have GZE, I try to build GTE :-) And I bought 7MGTE fuel pump - straight bolt-on. You can use also external one - I will recommend K-Jetronic one from Mercedes-Audi - they are made from BOSCH, in Bulgaria I can find such for as little as 80EU new and they will deliver more than enough fuel and pressure for at least 300hp forced induction engine.

SekiguchiUeno, your e-mail please ? In fact you can make 4-2-1, 4-1 NA or turbo extractors using the same starting shape (will see it on pictures soon).

FYI, the first extractor goes into shape two days ago, I have pictures in my friend's digital camera - waiting to upload and publish...

yeah but in order to use an external fuel pump you have to make some mods to the tank (make hole and add a new fuel line from there)... isn't that right?
I think it's not some safe and reliable solution...

alimonos, what about the fuel pumps ? 7MGTE pump is bolt-on replacement for 4AGE one. In-tank. The BOSCH K-Jet pumps must be carefully used - yes, they are external and fuel must be feed from the tank carefully to them (but there is no fuel pressure before the pump!).

(I prefer to use link).

ok: my mail is [email protected] thanks,
very good work with the exhaust.
mine experience with custom made exhausts is, that most dificult is measuring of the holes in the head.
my next step will be to make inlet manifold for big port and two weber dhcoe45 carbs.

This header started as turbo one but is still unfinished and can be used as 4-2-1 or 4-1 NA also. In fact I plan to improve a little the top part (to flatten a little middle two elbows) and make it more compact. Note that this one is not finished product yet!
At the moment I can estimate the final price (for custom turbo - if you provide turbo flange pattern drawings, 4-2-1 or 4-1) - up to 150EU. The price can be lower for simple extractors but will not exceed 150EU for most complex one. I use grade 20 (DIN) mild carbon steel mandrel bents. Stainless steel can be used also. At the cost of ~45EU you can buy heat insulating tape and use it (I prefer that way-and I can supply this tape also). Someone will prefer coating - I offer no option for thermo-insulating coating at the moment (must search a little for such service here).
