LSD, zenki or kouki?
HEY everybody i am new here and i have a question
I have 1984 levin Coupe I assume this is ZENKi but i am not sure and i dunno what kind of LSD i have to choose for kuoki or for zenki and what their difference at all? Please help [topic title edited, ivan141] |

Mainly the half shaft sizes, the early ones are thicker

thanks but i am still not sure what type i ghave Zenki or kuoki
as u say early models a are zenki but i am not sure So i have hard times choosing LSD |

What you care about is that Zenki (early) LSD's wont fit in Kouki (late) 86's and viceversa.
Kouki models were produced from October 1985 and then, so we can ASSUME that a 1984 Hachi is a zenki model. You can just post a pic of your car and we can tell you if its kouki or zenki, judging from the look of it (orange cornerlights, large bumper sidemarkers, grille, bodykit). Also, if the car is 1st hand and you havent canged the rear axle hen its probably zenki. If its 2nd or 3rd hand then you cannot be sure about, but why the heck would someone change it?
