Looks almost like new! Smile
Only thing you can see the paint is not original is by the wrong panda paint. Wink

But certainly a very good looker. Now just how would it look underneath the bonnet and car itself. Big Grin

There is nothing wrong with the two-tone (how many red panda's do you know?)..
It is a kouki car, they never had the coloured mouldings.. The only thing wrong with it are the zenki corner lights.

If I am not wrong, the rear bumper is zenki too

I wasn't refering to the sidemouldings: the black paint is a bit too high. A bit like knudsens, but then different. Compare it with other Kouki panda paints. Tongue

About colored sidemouldings:

As far as I remember the bumper/sidemoulding panda paint was applied to the GT Apex models on Kouki models.

indeed a bit too high but not much. It's more that the frontbumper hasn't got the red stripe on it.

Most euro kouki cars I've seen so far have two tone without painted sidemouldings/bumpers...
like Ferdi's car for example, or the countless grey-dark grey ones that where in the netherlands.
Newer models with painted mouldings are a rarity over here...dunno about japan.

The black paint is not too high by the way...just an optical effect of the black mouldings.. I can see it's exactly the same height as on my car.

Yep, those have indeed the same panda. But if you look in the brochure thread you can see in the Kouki lineup only the JDM GT Apex was sold with full panda:
http://www.aeu86.org/viewtopic.php?t=402
And the Zenki lineup both GT Apex and GTV have the panda as we know of. Smile

I compared the black line on the front fender with the one from Ferdi (and some others) and it looks like it is one centimeter too high. However if I look at the way both pics were taken the Kapaza car is photographed frogeye position while ferdis car from humaneye position is taken. See the attached pics.
Anyway, paintwork still it looks stunnig. Smile

Edit: decided to split the panda paint talk from the topic: a bit too offtopic Wink
