Maybe, depending on what type of rear ends SR5's had.
The GTS has a T series rear end. Do SR5's have T or S series rears. LSD's are not available for S series diffs. Have a look on your build plate and see what it says next to transaxle. T50 refers to the gearbox, the rear axle will be a code something like S314 or T282. If you have a T series, yes you can bolt in the LSD, if you have a S series, no you can't as the ring gear diameter is too big - 6.7 inch vs 6.38 inch.
