We changed the spark plugs and wires and still nothing.
Since the spark was definately there I returned to fuel.
I took off the rail with injectors and connected it back to the fuel lines with the injectors pointing in the air. And guess what, during the cranking there were no fuel coming out. Only one injector was slightly wet, the rest were clogged. I also noticed some crap and mud in the rail. So I washed the rail carefully and swapped the injectors with the ones from the spare engine. They were spraying beautifully. I put evertyhing back together and the engine started with the first time.
