4A-G con-rod bolts - strech or torque?

So do i have to buy just new rod bolts, or the other "main bearing" bolts also (the ones that go into the bottom of the engine block?)
btw.. does 4ag hae a solid iron block w/ no sleeves, or does it have sleeves? |
