Flywheel fitting

There are eight holes in a circle... you can put it on any way you like
Some people say you should match mark the flywheel to the crankshaft. But IMHO, if the flywheel has been balanced, and the crankshaft has been balanced, I don't see that there is a need for match marking. I didn't do it on mine, and have yet to see any problem. Most important thing is to torque the bolts using the correct tightening pattern. Cheers... jondee86 |
