Fuel problem ?

Got fuel starvation problems with my hachi on the track!
If the tank is below 1/4 or so the engine will get no more fuel at the end of long corners. After 2 or 3 seconds withiout corners it restarts to act normal. Thats about the point when my car tells me to refuel it
