4agZe problem solved - 99% IC problem
After the stationary problems the engine ran great today and I have drifted the whole day with it.
No problems what so ever.

However just got back from a small run - wanted to clean the car - and all of a sudden at home the car makes a sort klinky klanky noise when started.

Sounds like theres no more oil in the supercharger - which is very weird in my opinion.
It sounds like a lawn-mower and it seems its coming from the supercharger spool.

Hey Ing! Ja dat weet ik - kga zo ff kijken maar ik heb het idee dat het de lager(s) kan zijn.

So I will check the oil first if I can get to it.

I will first video tape the sound for a couple of seconds and upload that here.

Oil seems to be good as well as engine oil as supercharger oil. I couldn't see any difference as from the beginning. Tried to turn the charger off by removing one plug that goes to the Electro Magnetic clutch but it didn't work for me. I think it might be the bearing of the supercharger spool.

Here's the sound: http://youtu.be/p45ye22ZiNc

I tried to do the belt a little bit more loose but didnt help either.

I have no clue!

If I had to guess I'd say your supercharger's clutch is toast.
The sound corresponds to pulley speed, not the input shaft's speed. It is only turning due to some drag, which I don't think is a good sign either, but I might be wrong there.

After a short trip down google line I'd say:

-Don't drive it with the sc belt on any more. If the bearing is gone, the heat generated will fry the electronic clutch coil.

-Take off pulley and see if it is indeed the bearing that has gone. It is replaceable if you can find a shop that can handle bearing work (source the correct model and press new one in).

It is either that, or find yourself a different SC.. maybe a nice SC14 for some added oomph?

Unfortunately there are no replacement parts for the supercharger unit itself. It's a sealed unit, so it is not possible to replace bearings.

Only option is to find another in servicable condition.

You can't get the clutch from Toyota anymore. Again, there is no way out of this really. Sad

My fiance has a good SC unit. He does want £600 for it though. Choice is your's. We drive through the Netherlands in two weeks time, so could bring it with us.
