no, the drum should slide of when the wheel is removed.
If it's jammed, you can try to screw a bolt in a hole somewhere on the drum.

I needed to do this also, at my Corolla.
It should be somewhere on the drum.
While screwing in the bolt, the drum pushes itself of the hub.

Kinda difficult to explain, and it's to dark to go outside, jack up my Corolla and take pics to clear up some things Smile
