2 mux213: i had some minor rubing problems in front, but hammer fixed that. Anyway i'll try to make some CBY look-a-like fender flares.
2 banpei: you should hear the muffler. straigth thru from the exhaust manifold. 2 jan: exhaust is custom made, cca 200€. Coilovers are from Paradise racing cca 150$, camber plates are 170$, short stroke konis in front are cca 300€, rear are 150$...I have spent more then 5k€ on my AE86 (including car wich i paid 2200€) |

Ivan141 Wrote:This thread is just beautiful...seeing the entire buildup process up until it gets to go drifting well done! Tnx ivan Regarding VLSD vs mechanic diff, i'm aware of that. Anyway VLSD is much better then open diff on my s13. btw today i received Mintex Racing C-tech braking pads C1144 and mintex racing brake oil. Can't wait to install it and try how it works. Mintex Racing M1144 & Mintex Racing oil
M1144 is the material for fast road use as well as light competition such as karting, hill climb and single seater racing cars. One of the main characteristics of this material is the ability to work from cold, which gives the user the confidence of a standard material on the first application of the brakes. The benefit of M1144 is experienced as the temperature within the brakes starts to increase. M1144 will remain stable and consistent through to 450c where a standard material at this temperature will most certainly start to fade. The bedding in procedure for M1144 is the same as any standard material i.e. steady braking for the first 50 miles, avoiding emergency stops. All M1144 pads are supplied with fully branded C-Tech anti noise shims and a C-Tech sticker. Mounted, beaded in the new pads. Also put the new rotors. Coments soon. Drifting - best fun you can have in your car with your pants on! |
