Hey I'm having problem with my pop-up lights they can be open and clesed but by and individual switch for each motor  so they cannot be open with the original switch so if anyone can help on how to fix this and explain me how i can make that would be great  i'll be waiting for your responses.

Do you mean you made a switch on each motor powering it directly?
IMO it sounds like your headlight retractor relay is broken or the powersource to the motors.
You can find the wiring schematics for the retractors on page 30:

Yes i have a switch for each motor powering them when i put the switch on ingnition position. I'm gonna look at the diagram maybe it can help me. thanks
