Well after having problems with my 4A-C I decided that I'm not putting in a 4A-G cause I love old school carburetion! So the 4A-C will get a full rebuild and good clean and polishing. During that I am putting in aluminum fuel lines with some heavy fuel coolers and a Holley blue fuel pump. After the engine is back in it will get some mods to use a Holley Street Avenger carburetor 870cfm 4 bbl. and a custom ram air kit or possibly a blower type hood induction. It the engine is strong enough I might throw in a Big Shot NOS system too. Anyways thats the plan I hope I can run at least 150 horses or more and have a badass AE86 SR5. It isnt as cost effective as a 4A-G, I know but I am going to try to be creative here and do something different. tell me what you think.

I think it's not impossible to get 150 horses out of the 4A-C, but it is sure ambitious.
There are some users around here who upgraded the carb of the 4A-C and did get some nice results from that (100+ hp). Perhaps they can shine a light upon it.
