Hi Koh,
Not much in that sortof thing. We did a flyer action some years back but most countries there are so few hachi owners, you just end up passing out flyers to people that don't give a damn.
On the net we make sure we end up high in google searches and such, hachi enthusiasts that are online should be able to find us fairly easy.

What helped was redoing the url structure (good to get high rankings from Google ) of the forum a bit more than a year ago. We get about 14000 redirections per month from search engines alone.
And apart from that we get about 4000 redirections per month from other sites, so the search engines are the majority.
And I think we are quite well known nowadays, so no need to advertise ourselves.

This is the site of AE86 and Old school Toyotas of Europe.
The best way to promote a car fourm is to advertise by word of the people, other car fourms of a general car fourms. etc
Its not that hard. my local site. ECTOYOTAS.com was started to a desire for more local people who are AE86 owners and Old school Toyotas.
But we were kinda lucky since Club4AG was closed and there was a need for it.

there are a good few around near me,and about half a dozen localish rally cars
i know ireland is full of em! there are quite a few over here, the driftworks ae owners seem to be on here but i think lots of owners only use local forums.
there are many people on my local welsh forums that would love to own one too,but see them as too expensive to contemplate(crazy dealer prices),im going to try and change that this year though
