Seen a couple of photos recently of what appears to be a special edition called 'Black Limited.' Are they just a fancy paint job or is there more to it?
Cheers.

There was such a limited version.
Introduced in february 86:
The Black Limited was introduced to the AE86 Trueno line. The Black Limited features including black metallic body color (204), ADVAN type A alloy wheels, a leather wrapped shift knob, a leather wrapped steering wheel, yellow bulb lights, and exclusive garnish.
Other then that it is the same.
They go for crazy money sometimes in Japan.
Haven't seen one in Europe so far.

Ive sold a couple of Black Limited Sticker Sets for Europe to guys who are making exact replicas.
Besides from what Tobias said, the Redline Tailglight center piece also reads Black Limited in Black.
Both doors have a gold Black Limited Sticker also.

Hmmm, lot of money for sweet FA then.
It would make this photo seen on HR.com.au quite the little collection of money pits then eh?

Can you be a bit more specific?
I looked at several places but couldn't find it.

The rims on the blacklimited where standard options on ae86's in the US, I believe they are commonly referred to as snowflake's. The only thing different about the ones on the Blacklimited is that they have a gold-ish colour to them.
