Ive been ripped off by a Finnish dealer... >:(

Ronin Motors ripped me off for >£200GBP of AE86 parts!
I only found out afterwards that he has already ripped off
ALAT-CLK motorsport for 20,000Euro of used Japanese engines.

Can someone from Finland advise me on bringing Tuomas to justice!!!

Unfortunatly there are many people that take advantage of the internet to make some easy money...

A friend of mine was ripped off around 700€ in a "ancient katana" (japanese sword) from some guys with a very pretty web-site...all bolocks! Stupid

You are not the only one. We have had some problems with Ronin Motors here in Finland also, people have paid him different amounts of money but never received the goods. There is some legal means you can pursue from foreign lands. Go and ask your local authorities! People here in Finland have taken legal actions against Tuomas but I do not have the details, I can try to get them and inform you tho.

I will enquire with the UK legal system.
If there is a case against Tuomas let me know who is in charge and I will try and have someone here contact someone there to speed things up.

Yeah, a fellow 86er here in Finland got ripped off by RMF for several thousand euros for a blacktop 3S-GE and a huge pile of performance parts. His project is already delayed for well over a year because of this so you can believe how pissed off he is.

The company has apparently gone bankrupt and a legal attorneys' office is handling the remnants of the company. I think you should report what you're owed by RMF to the lawyers and send any documents or emails you may have of your order. At least this way you may have a chance of recovering something when the remaining assets of the company are auctioned off.
