Yeah... looks like there's some insane copy protection on it... Some people who have modchips installed have problem playing it, and if getting a JDM PS2 is the only way... well. :/

well peeps, i can only say that in my opinion it is not worth the effort tryinh that GT4 on PC, cause there is no working program that can run it...never seen it and never heared of anyone playing even a GT3 on PC...i know that it is to BIG for the PC, i mean it requires more resources that our
PC's can give...

Uhm, they are talking about that they already own a steering wheel for the PC, not trying to run it on the PC.
Unfortunately there is no such thing as a working emulator, but in principle my PC would have more than enough resources to run GT4: the PS2 is not really rocketscience and all parts inside my PC are much faster and better than the PS2 has. Only thing is that emulators require quite a lot of your cpu to emulate a different machine.
