Saturday was my birthday so I decided to take my car out on the track for the very first time. This was my first time ever on the track, bar a few times round sandown Go Kart Track Very Happy so for my first time I was little nervous and had no idea what to expect

So I got the AE86 out on the track and now I completely understand where the love of the car comes from. It handles like an absolute dream, I was so amazed, every corner I took, the car just seemed to handle and felt so natural to control, the suspension set up on my car is more worthy than I realised.

However, after my 4th lap I had to come off due to a radiator hose popping off. Never did I realise that the previous owner was such an idiot and had attached it by cable ties. The pit marshalls thought the engine was dead. However after some cooling down and getting fluids back to normal the beast was alive again to drive 70 miles home. Gotta love the 4AGE

Here's a few (low quality) video clips for you

Getting chased

Hunting down a Porsche

Spinning Ferrari

....and my birthday cake that my girlfriend and some friends made me Thumbsup

Absolutely awesome day Thumbsup

I expected something like a cool reference to "Trueno" or something. Wink
