Hey guys,
Could anyone please help me as to how to fit a Zenki Trueno lip onto a Trueno kouki bumper perfectly? I don't want it hanging off by zip ties or not sitting flush.
Help is appreciated thanks.

AE86 Club vol 6 shows how to do it... there is a clip somewhere on youTube but I cant find it by its tags 
Thing is: buy a medium sized aluminum bar (30cm x 3cm), chop it into 5 or 6 pieces and bend those pieces one by one to match the holes in the lip and bumper.
On the edge of the lip (where it meets the arches) there is no other way than drilling the pastic and rivet or use a bolt in it...
Usigng a FRP bumper lip is the same, but since it doesnt have the back side mold holes you have to rivet the aluminum parts to the bumper lip skin.
Buy some thick aluminum but not so thick, case you come into a bump on the road, the aluminum twist instead of the lip

I've seen a lot of people use rivets to secure the lip on.
