Whow, thats strict... So that includes if I'm a spectator in the crowd? or just for press people in the press boxes?
It would seem one wants to have people video as much as you can to get more publicity, I'm sure for the option videos they will have plenty of onboard and on car footage nobody else has access to to secure their profits from that.

Yeah it was just from the media section. People in the crowds could record freely.
