I have scanned up the AE86 factory detailed Electrical Wiring Diagrams Book (1983) as well as the factory 4AGE TCCS Diagnosis Manual. Both have been my bibles for the last few years. Very useful.
Both are on this site in PDF
see below, now on aeu86.org server
The EWD is very detailed and contains each seperate circuit and illustrates each plug and where each wire goes within it. Not just the basic schematic diagrams, though they are there too. Engine diagnosis manual takes you through step by step for ECU and wiring related faults. Includes pinouts. This applies to AA and AE body series with 4AGE

No problem, I have those too, BUT for the USDM model. The US looms are very different from the Euro looms however I expect the power window section would not vary much until it gets to the junction box. Though actually I note you are in Central America which I presume have LHD US spec GTS's.
I do not have this electronically and it was difficult enough getting access to a scanner to do these two files.
If you PM me either a fax number or an address I can send them to you on Sunday morning Australian time

Parrot: Is it okay if we mirror the diagrams?

Yes parrot, i drive a USDM LHD corolla.
Please mail the diagrams to pedrovelado@navegante.com.sv . Thank you so much, I really appreciate it since I'm having problems with my passenger side window, I cannot open it, unless i take off the door panel and do it manually

Banpei - absolutely. I shall try and put up the USDM EWD and other assorted useful things at some stage. Scanning is not so easy unfortunately but I am working on a way around that.
Pedro - if you want it emailed you may have to wait a while as it isn't scanned. I shall see how I go. I can post or fax though.

I'm famous!! Thanks Banpei.
Have just finished copying the USDM EWD too. It has all sorts of odd things such as the trueno pop up light circuit, cruise control, power mirrors, power windows etc.
I shall try and get this scanned on Tuesday and advise when it is up.

Hopefully it contains the power sunroof circuit as well. It's not that difficult but I want to check myself if I discovered the wires correctly...

The sunroof circuit is in the Euro version already listed above. Not hard, it goes from the junction box in the drivers footwell.

OK it's only that I have an USDM version SR5 converted to a Euro style GT. So the wiring is quite interesting but not that mess...

I didn't but the previous owner did. And for more mess the donor GT car was a hatchback so the chassis(?) loom has all the needed wires but mostly with the wrong plugs.

Argh. That's even worse!
Only problem I currently have is the connector of the power mirrors not being the same: probably euro levin has a different connector than the USDM connector... It is something I need to sort out for the past year.

Real unpowered mirrors.
If I want to change the setting on my right mirror I have to ask my girlfriend to wind down the window and push the mirror by hand.

So you can't just drive away for a few hours to be alone with the road and the mountains...oops sorry, you don't even have mountains. It's not that Hungary would have so much of them but we have, and you've missed it in December.
