I guess you are using the same gearbox as 4AGE thatswhy the final gear ratio is a bit short to reach higher speeds.
You can easily check your top speed from this diagram:

Where do you have that diagram from?
I have measured my speed in the hachi, to 198km/h@7270rpm in 5. gear with gps and Apexi SAF-C.

Knudsen, this depends also from the tire diameter - I calculated it with my tires - 195/60/14. The final ratio is 4.1, and the gears as follows - 3,587, 2,022, 1,384, 1,000, 0,861
This is a japanese Excel file I have found I partly translated in English.
