Aaahh thanks guys, I thought one of the wagons had IRS...
Isnt that red japanese 3S powered wagon, showing a lil camber on the rear? Or maybe just an optical illusion, or diff put in a press perhaps.
Also the EPC seems to show that there was a 2 door carina wagon...
Yes or no?
Havent ever seen one before.
Maybe they're talking about that version with the big high roof, hahaha.

it is possible to give a live axle camber
the pics have gone down, but i saw a Japanese Carina wagon, which had a bent live axle, it worked with the play of the shafts in the diff

Old Escort rally trick. Sure fire way to kill all the bearings in your axle. Better to go with a fully-floating conversion, like those sold by http://www.dwarfcarproducts.com/

You probably mean this Carina wagon:
http://www.banpei.net/blog/carina-sightings-fam...na-firevan-part-3
BTW: I went through all catalogues and could not find a 2 door wagon in there... So that question still remains unanswered I guess.

Well according to Toyo DIY, 2 door carina wagon has chassis code
KA67V-AUKDSW
And 4 door has chassis codes:
KA67V-AXHDSW
KA67V-AXHFSW
KA67V-AXKDSW
KA67V-AXKFSW
KA67V-AXKRSW
KA67V-AXMFSW
Depending on options.

Hi guys
Im a fellow carina owner from australia. I have a TA63 GT-T but when i bought it, the car had been through 6 sets of hands with no motor. Anyway, i need some help with a few things.
Where does the reverse wires join the loom? Under the tunnel or in the engine bay?
Anyway heres a pic of mine. I hope you like it.

Rims are cool, why change them? Aslo keep it at this brown/beige colour, and with chrome bumpers and grille it will look realy awesome!

The wires for reverse are under the carpet near the hand brake, on drivers side. They go through the floor with a rubber grommet at some point. (if my incredibly poor memory serves me right)

haha thanks Roman. I did consider that loom but i cant for the life of me figure out which part went thru the floor. Theres wires for heated seats and electric gizmos i cant find.
Roku trueno - rims are only a pair and they are 15 inch. Im not a fan of positive offset either. That paint still hasnt been cut yet, I painted it 6 months ago and well we had a few dust storms since then.
Anyone want to sell a carina parker? Im missing my passenger side

What's a parker?
Is that australian slang for park light? :p
If so, I might have one spare.
I found an old pic of a carina wagon, that I pillaged the front gaurds and headlights from...
Which was the best parts from that and another carina wagon, hence different coloured panels.
It got scrapped shortly after I bought the gaurds etc.
And put mine mostly back together today to see how everything lines up/fits
Might need to pull the gaurds out a little front and rear.

Nice interior as well!

For 365 euros?? I'd say buy some expensive sunglasses so you won't see those seat covers anymore!
Otherwise just upgrade those seats with Celica seats.
But seriously: 365 euros is just too little for that car!
If you're not buying I definitely will!
It is also the GL trim, so you got headrests at the rear seats, a 5 speed gearbox and wider rims! (6J instead of 5.5J?)

Hey roman, i saw your reply on youtube. I unfortunatly dont have an account but i can reply here.
The strut brace is out of an S13. You need one with adustment as it takes most of it up. Same stud pattern though, kinda hehe. I run s13 camber tops too anyway.
