Battle Gear 3

I've spent some time behind a battle gear cabinet in an arcade this weekend, pretty cool game. It features AE86 Levins & trueno's, as well as most other popular driftcars. I know that there is a console version for the ps2 from taito, has anyone played it?

I really liked the touge runs (called dreadnought)...not that I was any good at those, but hey, you get to feel like a proper takumi doing drifts round hairpins trying to drop the front inside wheel into one of the gutters.
The coolest thing however is that my "20 year old POS corolla" as some people refer to it is featured in the game..in the correct color even..

Ign says that the Ps2 version is japanese only. That will make it kinda hard to find on the internet or in the local gameshop. But i'm still pretty interrested in it.

this game is cool in arcade as you can store ur own data inside a car key

The dreadnaught IS the Akina Mt. in the Initial D Manga
For console version you need to win ALL players to unlock everything
I am quite stuck (Super Dreadnaught)
If I can win that, then I can unlock AE86 Trueno Mecha Tuned (As fast as S202 Limited Impreza or Evo 7 Rally Edition........in the game Very Happy
