just take the "monorail" thingy from Shinbashi station to Odaiba. You can take a very nice ferry back if you like for a small amount.
If you have a chance to buy a Japanese railway ticket from abroad you can use the shinkansen depending on the lenght of the subscription (1 2 or 3 weeks) and travel to the nicer shops. ae86 shop in kyoto is not to bad to visit. Besides kyoto has alot of nice temples to look at. The shop is about 20 min walk from kyoto central station. There are alot of shops but most are split across japan. If you really want to visit you should create a map which is most easy to travel. I have a magazine somewhere and there should be 2 shops in tokyo that work on ae86's as well. But can't recall the adresses. Cars: "99 Lexus IS200 "86 AE86 Kouki Panda Levin GT-Apex (restore project) "84 AE86 Zenki Blue Levin (project racer) Motorcycles: "02 Yamaha R1 "02 Honda Hornet S "08 BMW R1200GS |
