highest lift and duration possible for stock ecu

im trying to learn more about cams but i keep reading conflicting posts on what the stock ecu and shims can handle.

what is the highest duration of cams the stock ecu can handle and if you wanted to drive the car comfortably on the street?

what duration of cams is it that tvis becomes useless?

what is the highest lift the shims can take before you need underbucket shims?

if anyone wants to share their cam setup and what they use their car for as well that would be great.
