IBMFD3S: theese are for normalstroke aplications and are aproximatelly 30% stiffer than the oem units. Theese are more then twice softer than those shortstroke/"coilover" springs you listed up there. If you need any feedback on those ask Fallquz, he has them.. and i think he is really happy with his setup.
