Open the radiator cap (ONLY WHEN THE ENGINE IS COLD) and if you can't see the coolant - add some.
The expansion coolant tank must have coolant also - between MIN and MAX marks.

So add premixed coolant in the radiator.
Or if you can buy only concentrated antifreeze - dilute it 50/50 with water.
PS: Most common antifreeze solution is ethylene-glycol based (so buy this type).

i buy easily cooling water , ilute it 50/50 with water and fill it in the radiator?!

does it matter if its the same cooling water like the old one?!

You can add non-diluted antifreeze, no problem with that.
Yes, it's better that you use same coolant but you can mix coolants of the same type (i.e. if you don't know what is exactly in your radiator: PS: Most common antifreeze solution is ethylene-glycol based (so buy this type))
