What brake fluid are you using in your hachi ?

Usual DOT 3,4, 5.1 fluid absorbs water through the fluid surface in master cylinder reservoir. My Honda have "humidity" sensor in this reservoir and when the levels of absorbed water were high - I was warned via red brake lamp on dash. In fact I suspect that this sensor is just some kind of fluid resistance measurement ...
DOT 5 is not hygroscopic - so this problem will not persist anymore.

Strange - this guy says "don't use DOT 5 fluid" - in short.
He describes very bad things possible to occur - but how for example the water will go in brake system when the fluid is non-hygroscopic ? The only way can be if you pour it in the master brake cylinder tank (a joke :-)).
Also reading things about calipers etc - are there some real stories about such a problems ?
PS: Anyways I don't plan to use DOT 5 but I learned interesting facts from this link - and some of them are anxious !

Well, condensation could be a possible entry point for water...in the fluid reservoir. There is always a good reason why things such as DOT 5 brake fluid are not mainstream daily driver accepted. If costs where the only problem then there would still be lots of cars using it.
If you think about it there isnt much reason to use it anyway, there are plenty of good brake fluids in dot 4 and dot 5.1 out there..
