Yup very good result for a sucky 16v
I'm sure there's a bit more power when you get the mixture right..

Here is the dyno graph. Now I gotte get myselve some 250+ injectors and then mount the ITB. I wonder what the power output then be.

Hey Lennert..looks good man, nice torque curve..you could probably tune out those few bumps you have with a decent ECU. Could you do a couple of 0-100km/h tests? Do them in several directions etc and take the average of the readings..

A pedal to steer the rear

? 0-100 ? you mean how many secs? sure could try have to set it up caus then i need someone with a timer.

Don't think they'll be very high as the torgue is still pretty low on the engine.

I was thinking of going ITB and megasquirt and then fine tune the last bit.

Looks good...that is wheel HP right? So that would be around 170-180 engine HP, I want that much power too Big Grin
Lennert could you post the engine specs?

i am guessing between 140-160 crank hp its always a gamble:

7 rib lower block (no squirters)
81.5 toyota pistons (18mm pin)
40 mm crankshaft
worked head (ported and flowed)
standard toyota headgasket
Standard injectors
CATCAMS 7105137
260 / 252°
9.00 / 8.50mm nokassen
standard header with custom 2-1 downpipe and single 5.5cm downpipe to the back of the car. Open air filter.

That about it..

with difrent intake (itb) difrent injectors and a megasquirt I am aiming for 140 whp.

Your torque is absolutely fine for this HP level..more then a stock 4A-GE and straight. So time to see some practical performance figures..also maybe some 80-120km/h tests. They will give you a nice indication of further improvements.

A wheel to steer the front of the car
A pedal to steer the rear

Robo you can buy my Blacktop. Then you have 143whp. "Stock" motor too hehe. Wave

Nah I hope you'll get it sorted, I guess it shows that the 16v is still a nice engine to play with. You've already left some 20v's behind so that's a good thing. Looking at your torque-curve..that really looks very good. Mine is similiar but because of the 75mm itb's, torque is a bit low. Stock it was 133whp, about the same the other 20v's had last weekend, and then after 2,5" catback and the ITB's I gained a nice 12whp.
Now I had 143whp but that's probably due to 1" bigger wheels and obviously the usual tear&wear I guess. So yeah, some nice ITB's and a good tune could give you quite a few extra pony's !

Yes around 150 crank hp would properly be a good guess..
that's very good fore a bigport head and intake with those cams Thumbs up!
What compression ratio do the engine have?
