Mux... I am asking about 4A-FE not 7A-FE.

There is some information

4A-FE and 4A-GE blocks are same.
All crankshaft is not same, all 4A-FE have 48mm/40mm crank and newer 4A-GE have 48mm/42mm crank.
There is at least 2 type of conrods,with 18mm or 20mm upper hole.
Flywheel have 6 or 8 bolts

Anyway, you can use 4A-FE block and put 4A-GE stuff in it.
