Need T50 trans info
I need to know if the trans i got from the junkyards is a T50.
Came out of a TE73 corolla i belive that had no firewall plate or hood to get catalyst info, but the door jam plate said TE73 from what i remember. the shift housing is on so i cant shift through the gears. but It has 21 input splines and 20 output splines so does this sound like a T50 or T40? thanks |

Need T50 trans info
If it has a split casing and the bellhousing unbolts, then it will be
either T40 or T50. They look the same, and both will work fine. Later model have 22 spline one end, so check your driveshaft will plug in. Cheers... jondee86 |
