CE70 should be a 1C powered E7. Most of the time the CE70 is mated with a W series gearbox. So then it would need an hydrolic clutch pedal.

Mounting points are different, just like with the Daihatsu Charmant a35.

just bought this set of mikuni solex carbs for the 16v/ke70, with everything there to fit them:
