I've put NEW LSD rebuild kit!!!
Yesterday I put NEW LSD rebuild kit I've purchased from Toyota (shims No.6 + new springs etc…) and new clutch.
I made a few rounds yesterday evening. The difference is obvious!!! Now I can really say that I have LSD in my car. Thumbs up!

Today, after job, I’m going to test it a little bit more. More news - tomorow.

How did you adjust it, did you do it yourself or have it done? Also did you replace the bearings?

After yesterday’s test:
Improvements:

1.Now: Both wheel spinning in left and right turn. Before: only inner wheel spinning in right turn.

2.Less power needed to let car goes sideways. If I give power, like I used to do before, car will turn 180° easily.

I still have to test my car in wet conditions. Forecast is rain for Sunday. Hurray!

How much? Still don't know. Guy from toyota told me something around 80€. I will see when he will send me final invoice these days.

I let whole work to 2 toyota's guys during weekend. They have SST and garage at home, so I will pay less Cool

I've already listed most part numbers in another thread about lsd's...
If you change all the small bits the costs are around 115 euro's. You could also just put in new clutches and springs for less.

May be it will be good idea to make new stronger springs instead of regular Toyota’s springs.
