Electric fan size
Hi
I have plans fitting an electrical fan on my radiator in my 86. I have bought the thermostat and only lack the fan it self. My question is: How heigh is the stock radiator? I'm not close to mine at the moment so I can't measure it. I can choose between 10, 12 and 14 inch fans. Have anyone mounted an electrical fan? What is you experience? What setup did you make? AFAIK it is 12" high.

I suggest getting symmetrical fans with an even amount of fins. From what I have researched this makes for the best flow.

Just make sure that your flan is slim enough and that there are an even amount of fins to make sure that you have the best flow.
