The ultrasound will 'vibrate' larger dirt particals that normally do not disolve or keep the fluid from reaching inside the injector and brake them up and loosen them from the surface they stick to. This way the injectors get really really clean.
I had my DeLorean injectors done with great success, unfortunally dirt in the fuel system has already taken its toll since then... 25 year old crap...
