You can take everything off except a connection at one end for the brake
booster hose and your single tapping into the common vacuum rail. The
rail acts as a collector and does away with the need for a separate
vacuum collector.

You can dispense with the ISCV if you plan to contol idle by cracking the
throttles open. Throttle opener gone, canister purge valve gone. The little
air bypass screws on each throttle are for balancing purposes.

Hey jondee can I take the main line for the vacuum manifold from the outlet where I show with an arrow in the picture above?

You can use any of the tubes that connect into the common vacuum
rail that runs across the top of the intake runners (has a screwed down
cover on top). That big tube is from the ISCV... most people will use one
of the smaller tubes above the ISCV tube..

The MAP signal and FPR signal like a bit of damping. You can get this by
using an old in-line fuel filter, or the little round white plastic pulsation
dampers used by Toyota on a lot of engines. Large hoses are not necessary
on signal lines.

Keep your brake booster line separate from the signal lines.

Thanks for the info. Can I use the ISCV tube for the Brake Booster and use one of the two outlet above that connects to the common vacuum
rail with an inline damper like show below?

And what about the Blow Off Valve?

Uses the same vacuum source as the other signal lines, so your can
hook it up to one of the tubes on the common vacuum rail.

That rail is connected to each throttle body via the (quite large) ISCV
air inlet ports. So whatever pressure/vacuum is downstream of the
throttle bodies is whatever you will read in the common vacuum rail.

Of course this only applies if you are using the full 20V inlet on a 20V
engine. If you have ITB's on a 16v (as I have) you need to tap each
inlet port for a vacuum signal, and then average the signals in a small
vacuum accumulator.
