All braces are made of high quality steel.
The round and oval tubes are 1.2 to 1.6mm thick and the mounting plates are 4 or 5mm thick. This depends on the car and type of brace.
Most of the swaybars are solid.
The braces are not very heavy.It's difficult to say how heavy,because every brace has his own weight.
