Shim overbucket ghetto
Hi folks.
I'm in the process of converting to shimless or shim underbucket design lifters but in the meantime, looking at the figures I'm facing to buy a complete 1SZ-FE lifter kit, I'm wondering how ghetto can I go. Has anyone ever welded the shims to the buckets? If yes.. how? What are your thoughts on these matter? Best regards |
