BOLT PROBLEM AE85

chrisso my friend i said its not hard adjusted and cant undo it or lose
that why i explained if its super hard to disadjust i use a torchflame

but jondee got the point i tried with a flat screwdriver to lift the damn bolt meanwhile i turn it to the left but nothing,i tried put my finger under the
bolt and push it up meanwhile i undo it but nothing its like stuck
but i can move it,but cant undo and adjust too

damn hope i dont have to drill it and make another one
