If I remember correctly, those bolts just hold the plastic cover
down to the floor pan. The bolt has either stripped the thread, or the captive nut has come loose from the bodywork. Either way, you take a large flat blade screwdriver, put the end under the flange right alongside the bolt, and twist gently to lift the flange (and the bolt) while turning in the correct direction. That should either engage whats left of the thread so that it can screw its way out, or make enough friction between the loose nut and the floor pan, so that the bolt turns in the nut. The bolts that hold the top on the gearbox will be seen once you get that plastic cover out of the way. Cheers... jondee86 |
