High engine oil temps - oil cooler discussion

As far as I know there is a pressure operated valve in stock. If you use the stock lines with the FC3S oil cooler won't it operate only on high revs because of this pressure valve?
Question is if it can be avooided to run the oil through this pressure valve. 1987 Toyota Corolla GT coupe - for holidays oversteer 2005 Toyota Corolla - for daily understeer |
